About HARTS.
Founded in 2016. We make recommendations based on your face shape, skin tone and lifestyle.
The founder
Noel Ng.
Noel represented Singapore at WorldSkills, winning Gold at WorldSkills ASEAN 2010 and the Medallion for Excellence at WorldSkills London 2011. He founded HARTS in 2016.
In 2025 he was selected for the President's Challenge Fellowship. He also conducts colour-analysis training for stylists across Singapore.

How we work.
Constant training.
The team trains regularly in-house and attends external workshops by leading Korean, Japanese and Taiwanese stylists, and works with brands to train other salons across Singapore.
No packages. Detailed consultations.
We don't sell packages. All prices are listed online, and every service is confirmed before we begin. Every visit starts with a consultation. We were the first salon in Singapore to introduce skin-tone analysis consultations, matching colour to your natural features.
Products & partners.
We select products from Korea, Japan and Taiwan, and have been featured in Singapore beauty press. We partner with brands including Dyson and Milbon.
Stylist tiers.
Our stylists are grouped into four tiers: Stylist, Creative Stylist, Leading Stylist and Director. Prices rise with experience; the price list shows the rate for each tier.
Complimentary coffee, Korean barley tea or cold peach tea is served during your appointment.
